Kay is the owner of Salvage a vintage textiles supplies store on Mt Eden Rd in Auckland. Kay's shop is a real treasure trove of fabric, buttons, trims, handbags and so much more.

1915 advertisement
For anyone researching NZ history, you can't go past http://paperspast.natlib.govt.nz/cgi-bin/paperspast It has many NZ publications archived for your perusal.
Have a look at this fantastic advertisement from 1915. This is one Kiwi item I'd love to add to my collection.
